Registration includes breakfast, lunch, and coffee/tea breaks each day and wine & cheese reception on Thursday (2 drink tickets per person)

- Payment page is generated after submission of form and accepts credit card or Interac online.
- Your payment will NOT be confirmed until you have completed a successful payment.
- Please retain a copy of the “Payment Receipt” page after your successful transaction for your records. No other receipt will be generated.

Refund Policy: All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to dcd14register@gmail.com. Requests received by the Early Bird deadline will receive an 80% refund. Requests received by May 30th will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted May 30th. If DCD-14 needs to pivot to a virtual conference due to the pandemic, a portion of your registration fees will be refunded.
